Cedar Bonbons with Black Currant and Almond

Soft cedar bonbon covered with dark Belgian chocolate.

Contains:

• 40% cedar nuts
• 20% dried blackcurrants
• 10% almonds

It is based on chopped almonds in accordance with classic recipes, but we replaced sugar with natural molasses. Therefore, the sweet taste in sweets is not cloying, but muffled. Bonbons have a soft structure due to the addition of a large amount of pine nuts.

The most Siberian taste among the entire line is with black currant. If you want to give someone a gift with a real taiga flavor, feel free to choose it. The taste and aroma of black currant is an integral part of local traditions.

The bonbons are covered with natural Belgian chocolate, which does not contain sugar.

Ingredients: almond (10%), cedar nut, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, maltitol, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavor – vanilla), molasses, dry black currant (20%).
