How to use the Jade Roller?

Gently glide the jade roller over clean skin 2-3 times daily for 5-10 minutes.
Move the roller with just the weight of the roller pressing the skin. No additional pressure is needed.
Jade rollers can be used before applying make up or while applying creams to encourage deeper penetration of skincare products.

Eyes – Using the small roller, work the lid and under the eye area. Continue rolling in strips from the corner of the eye to the ear.

Nose and lips – Using the small roller, roll from the center of the face to the end of nostrils. Then roll along the upper lip and lower one.

Cheeks – Using the larger roller, roll outward and upward from cheeks to ears.

Forehead – Using the large roller, start from the center of the forehead, roll slowly towards the hairline, down the eyebrows and towards the temple. Focus on fine lines and eyebrow furrow.

Jawline and neck – Using the large roller, roll from the center of the chin outward and upward on the cheeks. Then perform a wide roll under the jawline towards the collarbone outward to the side of the neck.

How to use the Gua Sha?

We recommend using the Gua Sha tool on face and body as part of your night time beauty routine. This massage helps to relieve, calm, relax while prepare you for a good night sleep.

Repeat the same massage technique on each side of the face and body 3-6 times. Use gentle light brushstroke on the face. Focus on the cheeks and under the eyes area to remove puffiness and jawline to relieve tension and pressure associated with clenching. Massage your neck, legs or arms using the curved edge of the Gua Sha tool to break up tight muscles.
NOTE: Keep the Gua Sha tool at a 15-degree angle to the skin-almost flat but not quite. This covers more surface and gives a gentle pull on the skin, which is also necessary for the correct technique.

How to use the acupressure pen?

Our acupressure pen is a must for anyone interested in Acupressure, Reflexology and other therapies.
It is also a perfect tool for self-treatment of sore neck, back, arms, legs, and overall body ailments.
It can massage deep trigger points, loosens muscle knots and relieves pain in the back, neck, shoulders and other areas.

Apply a quality natural lotion, cream, oil or gel to lubricate the desired trigger points of the body. Make skin taut with your fingers and use the point of the acupressure pen to work the skin tissue for 30 seconds to break up scars, and wrinkles.
To activate acupressure points, place the point or ball of the acupressure pen over desired point and apply firm pressure for 3 seconds while breathing in, then release pressure as you exhale. Repeat three times per trigger point or as desired.

About Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that can-t be explained in a few words.
It is a great tool in the set that brings about well-being, relaxation and triggers natural healing to the parts of the human body that need it.
Reflexology charts fro both feet and hands can easily be downloaded from the internet. These chats map each point/area of the foot or hand to an area of the human body.

When using this tool remember it is your heart and not the mind that is the pilot. With this principle in place it will help you to increase your overall well-being and quality of your life.
